Ingredients
  

  • 1 tsp echinacea root dry
  • 1 tsp burdock root dry
  • 1 tsp fennel seeds dry
  • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds dry
  • 20 g ginger root fresh, about 3 slices
  • 1/2 cinnamon stick crushed
  • 3 cups water less for a stronger tea

Instructions
 

  • Place the herbs in a pan.
    1 tsp echinacea root, 1 tsp burdock root, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 1 tsp fenugreek seeds, 20 g ginger root
  • Bring water to a boil over medium heat and lower the heat.
    3 cups water
  • Simmer for 20 minutes.
  • Cinnamon might be added for 3-5 minutes at the end of simmering or after turning the heat off.
    1/2 cinnamon stick
  • Strain

Notes

Fennel Seeds may be substituted by anise seeds.
