Instructions
Simmer the burdock root for 15-20 minutes
3 cups Water,
1 tbsp Burdock
Turn off the heat and add the rest of the ingredients.
1 tbsp Rooibos,
1 tbsp Calendula,
1 tsp Peppermint,
1 stick Cinnamon stick
Steep for 15-20 minute
Strain and serve
